Getting Organized for Tax Season

In order to help you organize all of the required documents for filing your taxes this season, these are the most common documents we will need you to gather.

  • A backup copy of your accounting software (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.)
  • Year end bank statements (for all bank accounts)
  • Year end reconciliation (for all bank accounts)
  • Copy of all year-end credit card or loan statements
  • Copies of year-end payroll tax returns (940, DE7, W-3)
  • Copies of W-2 forms for all corporate officers
  • Copies of purchase documents for any new vehicles purchased or leased during the prior business year
  • Copies of lease documents for any new equipment leased during the year
