In order to help you organize all of the required documents for filing your taxes this season, these are the most common documents we will need you to gather.
- A backup copy of your accounting software (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.)
- Year end bank statements (for all bank accounts)
- Year end reconciliation (for all bank accounts)
- Copy of all year-end credit card or loan statements
- Copies of year-end payroll tax returns (940, DE7, W-3)
- Copies of W-2 forms for all corporate officers
- Copies of purchase documents for any new vehicles purchased or leased during the prior business year
- Copies of lease documents for any new equipment leased during the year
